14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components that have been installed or connected to power
- Custom-cut or modified parts
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
- Downloadable software products
Return Process
- Contact us at info@xrmarineparts.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization number and return shipping address
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Full refund for items returned in original, unused condition
- Partial refund may apply if the item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging not due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
1-Year Warranty
All XRmarine products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers material defects, workmanship defects, and parts that fail under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, misuse or neglect, use exceeding product specifications, or corrosion from improper maintenance.
Warranty Claims
- Email info@xrmarineparts.com with your order number
- Describe the issue and attach clear photos showing the defect
- Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days
- Approved claims will receive a replacement part or full refund at our discretion
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
