Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Confirmation email with tracking sent once your order ships
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark packages as "gift" or under-declare values.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us
  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship or refund at no cost
