Each elbow replaces 22-806926A1 and 22-862210A01, with Sierra 18-4224 as the cross reference. The 90-degree composite fittings mount on the bottom of the exhaust manifold for quick winterising and fit 4.3L V-6 and 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.2L, 8.1L and 8.2L V-8 engines with 3/4 in NPT manifold drain ports.
