Application & Fitment

Fits MerCruiser V6 and V8 engines using 3/4" NPT manifold drain ports. Commonly found on:
- 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.2L Small-Block V8
- 4.3L V6 & 8.1L/8.2L Big-Block V8
- All Alpha & Bravo sterndrive packages (check S/N to confirm)
Quick Installation Tips
- Drain cooling system completely.
- Unscrew old elbow with 3/4" socket; clean manifold threads.
- Apply PTFE tape to new elbow threads.
- Hand-tighten, then snug 1/4-turn—do NOT over-torque (composite).
- Attach drain hose, open petcock, verify free flow.
