Product Overview
Cooler-to-thermostat housing hose for MerCruiser 4.3L MIE, 5.0L and 5.7L engines, with a 1-1/4 in (32 mm) inside diameter and marine-grade rubber construction. It replaces 32-16012, plus Sierra 18-70956, and is supplied with two clamps. The hose carries coolant from the cooler to the thermostat housing on the engine. A failed hose shows up as a coolant weep at the clamp, a soft or swollen section, or overheating when the hose collapses under suction. Replace the hose when it is cracked, hard or bulging.
