Water pump impeller kit for Mercury and Mariner 70 to 275 HP outboards, Honda BF75 and BF90 and the Mercury Alpha One Gen 2 sterndrive, 88.4 mm outer diameter, 32.5 mm high, 22 mm key drive hub, 6 blades, supplied with a drive key and two gaskets, replacing 47-43026T2, 43026Q02 and 19210-ZW1-003.
This is the large key drive impeller used on the Mercury V6 outboards, the Honda 75 and 90 HP four strokes and the Alpha One Gen 2 sea water pump. Kit form, because the key and the cover gaskets are the parts that get lost or stretched when the pump is opened.
The 22 mm key boss is the quick check. If the old hub is round inside and the key is half sheared, the impeller has been running on a worn shaft and the shaft needs checking before a new kit goes in. The 88.4 mm diameter marks the big body, the smaller Mercury pumps take a different impeller and will not accept this one.

- Check the number on the old impeller, 47-43026T2 and 19210-ZW1-003 are the same 88.4 mm body
- Check the diameter, the smaller Mercury pumps take a different impeller, this one is 88.4 mm
- Check the key and the keyway in the shaft, a worn keyway will not drive a new impeller
- Check the pump housing liner and wear plate for grooves before refitting
- Fit with glycerine or soap only, never grease or oil on neoprene
- Seat the key in the shaft, then push the impeller down and fold the blades with rotation
- Run on muffs and confirm the telltale before leaving the ramp
