Blue rams sticker set, a replacement decal kit for the MerCruiser Alpha One Gen Two sterndrive. It replaces 37-861431A98, 37-817387A91 and 37-861446A98, and it is supplied as 1 x decal set.
The Gen Two is the most common Alpha drive in service, fitted behind 3.0L four cylinder and 4.3L, 5.0L and 5.7L V8 engines. The drive was painted in several colour schemes over its production run, and the blue rams graphics are the set that matches the later of them, so check the old decal before ordering rather than guessing from the paint.
The graphics are cut vinyl with a UV stable blue and a clear application tape, so the lettering and the ram profile transfer as one piece. On an older drive that has been touched up by hand, a clean decal set does more for the resale look than another coat of paint.

Before You Buy
- Confirm the drive is a Gen Two, the Gen One housing takes a different graphic
- Match the old decal against 37-861431A98, 37-817387A91 or 37-861446A98
- Remove the old decal with gentle heat and clean off the adhesive before fitting
- Wipe the surface with alcohol and let it dry, the decal will not bond over wax
- Peel the backing and fit wet so the graphic can be aligned to the casting edges
- Keep the drive out of the water for a day so the adhesive cures
