Product Overview
Blue decal sticker kit for the Mercury 115 HP EFI FourStroke outboard top cowl, replacing 37-881649A01 and fitting the 827328T9 and 827328T10 cowls. The kit is a precut set of 8 graphics covering both sides of the cowl, the front and the rear.
Blue is the later Mercury colourway, so this is the set for a cowl that is being brought back to the finish it left the factory with after 2006 rather than the earlier red. Getting the colour right matters more than anything else on a decal job, because a red set on a blue cowl is obvious at a glance and cannot be adjusted afterwards.
The graphics are printed on white vinyl and laminated with a gloss clear layer, precut with no trimming, and rated against UV, fuel and salt water. Every decal in the set is a separate piece, so the M logo and the FourStroke EFI badges can be positioned individually against the cowl edges.

Before You Buy
- Confirm the cowl is 827328T9 or 827328T10, and that the original graphics were blue rather than red
- This is the blue set, the red version is a separate part and the two cannot be mixed
- Check the cowl has not been resprayed in a different shade, the graphic will not match a custom colour
- Degrease the cowl with a panel wipe and fit wet with a slip solution so the graphic can be slid into position
- Squeegee from the centre out and peel the backing slowly at a low angle so the vinyl does not stretch
- Keep the cowl out of direct sun for a day after fitting so the adhesive cures
