Product Overview
Red Rams decal sticker set, a replacement graphics part for the MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II sterndrive, sold as 1 x pre-cut set and replacing 37-861431A98, 37-817387A91 and 37-861446A98. Every panel arrives cut to shape, so nothing has to be trimmed on the drive.
These are the graphics that go on the upper and lower drive covers, and they are what makes an older Alpha One Gen II look like a current drive. The set is printed on white cast vinyl with a gloss clear laminate over the top, which is what keeps the red from chalky fading after two seasons in the sun.
It fits the Alpha One Generation II drives from approximately 1998 onward. The earlier Alpha One and the Generation I drive use a different graphic layout, and the Bravo drives are a different set again, so check the drive before ordering.

Before You Buy
- Check the drive is an Alpha One Gen II, the Gen I and the Bravo use different graphics
- Check the old decals come off cleanly, adhesive left behind will show through the new vinyl
- Wash the drive with fresh water and wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol before starting
- Work in the shade, vinyl laid in direct sun grabs and cannot be slid into position
- Use a wet install with a drop of washing up liquid in water so the decal can be moved into line
- Squeegee from the centre out and leave the edges down for a day before the boat goes back in
