Product Overview
Exhaust bellows boot for MerCruiser sterndrives, measuring approximately 2-1/2 in (63.5 mm) inside diameter at each end and 5-1/4 in (133 mm) long. It replaces 18654A1, 18654B1, 32734, 32734A3 and 8M0124227, plus Sierra 18-2750, GLM 89100 and Mallory 9-72703. The bellows fits #1, R, MR and TRS drives, Alpha One and Gen II, Bravo I, II, III and Blackhawk models. A split or hardened boot shows up as exhaust noise under the hatch, soot at the joint, water in the bilge or fumes in the cockpit. Replace it whenever the drive is removed for service.
