Water pump impeller kit part for the MerCruiser Alpha One Gen 2 sterndrive and for Mercury and Mariner BigFoot outboards, covering the 40 HP to 250 HP range including the Verado four stroke blocks. It replaces 47-43026Q06 and the later 47-8M0100526, and crosses to Sierra 18-3265. Dispatched from our Germany local warehouse.
One reason this kit sells across such a wide spread of models is that the raw water pump stayed the same while the engines above it changed. The impeller is common to the Alpha One Gen 2 and to the BigFoot gearcase, so a 60 HP BigFoot and a 250 HP three litre V6 need the same rubber. What differs between the kits in this family is the gasket and seal content, which is why the photographs matter more than the model list.
If the drive has not been apart for several seasons, plan the job as a full pump service rather than an impeller swap. A wear plate with a groove in it will shorten the life of a new impeller, and a pump base seal that is left in place is the usual cause of water turning up in the gear oil a month after the repair.
