Fuel filter element for Yamaha 4-stroke outboards from 25 to 130 HP, 2005 and later, replacing 6D8-WS24A-00 and 6D8-24563-00, plus Sierra 18-79799. It fits filter housings marked 6D8 only and covers F25G through F130A models, with C115, C150 and S225 applications listed separately. A clogged element shows up as a motor that loses top-end RPM, surges at cruise, stalls at idle or struggles to prime after a fuel line change. Replace the element at the service interval or whenever the housing shows water or debris.
