Product Overview
Flexible impeller kit, 6 blades, 51 mm diameter by 22 mm wide, 8 mm shaft bore, with the cover O-ring in the box. It replaces Jabsco 6303-0003, Johnson 09-824P, Yanmar 124223-42092 and Oberdorfer 7482, and fits pumps sold as Sierra 18-30005, Vetus IMP00101, CEF 500210, Ancor J050016 and Milwaukee 49-16-2771. The impeller is H-157. Held in our United Kingdom local warehouse.
The single biggest use for this one in the UK is the electric toilet. A Jabsco or TMC pump head running on a 51 mm impeller, usually blamed for a bowl that will not empty, and usually fixed by this part rather than by a new toilet.
Narrowboats and river cruisers are harder on these pumps than sea boats are. River water carries silt that scours the cover plate, and a pump that runs dry even once will spin the brass insert and finish the impeller in seconds. Both faults show up as weak flow long before the pump stops working.
