Mercury maintenance kit 8M0090559 for the 40, 50 and 60 HP EFI four cylinder four strokes, the full service pack for the 60 HP class BigFoot and CT gearcases. It contains the water pump repair kit 47-8M0100527 with the impeller 47-43026Q02, the thermostat, both fuel filters and the oil filter, and it ships in a 210 x 110 x 140 mm box.
It fits the Mercury and Quicksilver 40 HP, 50 HP and 60 HP EFI four strokes with the BigFoot or CT gearcase. The gearcase type matters: the standard gearcase takes a different water pump kit, so check the model before ordering.
This is the kit that covers the season's work in one box. The impeller, the oil, the fuel filters and the thermostat come due together at the annual service, and the small parts that always get forgotten, the drain gaskets, the O rings and the key, are already in the pack.
