Raw sea water pump repair kit for Jabsco, Johnson, Oberdorfer and Volvo Penta pumps, a 12 blade spline drive neoprene impeller at 57 mm diameter, 31.5 mm width and 15.8 mm shaft, with a brass insert, supplied with the cover gasket. It replaces Jabsco 14510-46090, 124310-46090, 2877-0001, 4568-0001, Johnson 10-32621-2, 10-32621-3, 09-801B, Volvo Penta 21951350, 875575, 831182, Sierra 18-3075, GLM 89530 and Mallory 9-45701. This is the pump that sits on the front of the engine and is driven by a splined shaft, so the impeller has a splined bore rather than a keyway. That detail matters at replacement time: a key drive impeller will not fit, and a splined one that is forced onto a damaged shaft will strip the splines and stop pumping.
The kit covers the Volvo Penta AQ, BB, MB and MD series engines as well as the Jabsco, Johnson and Oberdorfer pumps that were fitted to them, which is why the cross-reference list is long. Match the number on the pump body or the old impeller, and check the shaft splines for wear while the cover is off.
