Product Overview
Trim sender sensor 34801-93J03 for Suzuki DF200, DF225 and DF250 outboards, the sensor that reports drive angle to the trim gauge. It fits the 25 inch X shaft models listed below, comes in a 150 x 100 x 40 mm box at 118 g, and it replaces 34801-93J03 plus the 34801-93J00, 93J01, 93J02 and 93J04 versions.
The sender mounts on the transom bracket and its arm rides against the swivel bracket. As the motor trims, the arm moves the internal track and the gauge follows, so a sender that has worn through its track will read dead or jump while the motor itself trims normally.
Check the connector before replacing anything. Salt water sits in the plug on these motors and a corroded terminal gives the same symptom as a failed sender.
