Product Overview
Water pump impeller service kit for Suzuki DT8C and DT9.9C two stroke outboards, the four piece set with the impeller, the stainless plate, the gasket and the drive key. It replaces 17400-92D01 and 17400-92D00, and the kit ships in a 15 x 10 x 3 cm box.
It fits both motors from 1988 to 1997. These are the small Suzuki two strokes that live on tenders and small fishing boats, and the pump on them is driven straight off the driveshaft with a small key, which is the part that goes missing when the pump is opened on the water.
The kit is complete for the pump head: a new stainless plate under the impeller, the paper gasket behind the plate, the impeller itself and the key. The plate is the piece most often left out on a cheap rebuild, and a scored plate under a new impeller under-pumps from the first trip.
