Water Pump Impeller Kit 8M0113799 for Mercury 75 80 90 100 115 HP Outboard
Water Pump Impeller Kit 8M0113799 for Mercury 75 80 90 100 115 HP Outboard
Product Overview
Complete water pump kit for Mercury 75 HP to 115 HP outboards, replacing 8M0113799 and crossing to Sierra 18-3688, with the earlier numbers 43024A4 through 43024A7 and 43026T9. The kit is one impeller, wear plate, base, four gaskets, a key, an oil seal, two O-rings, a grommet, two washers and four screws.
This is the whole pump, not only the rubber. On the four cylinder 75 to 115 HP motors the aluminium housing and the wear plate score long before the impeller fails, and a new impeller in a scored pump body loses pressure at idle and lets the engine run hot at cruise.
It covers the motors from serial 1B366823 to 2B094995 on the 75, 90 and 115, and from 0P459572 to 2B094995 on the 80 and 100. Net weight of the kit as packed is 1063 g, which is the housing and base included rather than an impeller only kit.

Before You Buy
- Check the serial number against the ranges above, the earlier 75 to 115 motors use a different pump
- Check the driveshaft splines and key slot, a worn slot spins a new impeller on the shaft
- Check the water tube grommet at the top of the pump, a perished grommet loses pressure after fitting
- Fit the impeller blades bent in the direction of rotation and grease the housing bore
- Oil the new seals before assembly, a dry seal lip cuts on the first turn
- Check the telltale stream at idle after the first start, and recheck after the first hour on the water
- 30-Day Easy Returns
