Water pump impeller kit for the Honda BF8A 8 HP four-stroke outboard, built around a 6 blade neoprene impeller measuring 41.07 mm outer diameter, 13.19 mm inner diameter and 23.62 mm deep on a key-drive shaft. It replaces Honda 06192-881-C00 and Sierra 18-3279, and supplies the impeller, the shaft seal and both gaskets needed to rebuild the pump in one job. A worn impeller shows up as a weak tell-tale stream, a hot cylinder head at idle or rubber debris in the pump housing.
