Impeller kit part number 0393630 for Johnson and Evinrude 20 HP, 25 HP, 30 HP and 35 HP outboards, sold as a full pump rebuild rather than a rotor on its own. Inside the box are the impeller 395289, impeller plate 328755, housing 393632, water pump cup 328751, plate gasket, grommet, four O-rings and six stainless steel bolts. The pump on these two strokes sits in the midsection, driven off the driveshaft, and on freshwater boats the impeller often outlives the cup. That is why the kit carries the cup, the plate and the housing together: replacing only the rubber leaves a worn metal surface that eats the new vanes within a few outings.
