Fuel Pump 692-24410 15100-94311 for Yamaha Suzuki Tohatsu Nissan 25-85 HP 2 Stroke Outboard — Germany Local Warehouse
Product Overview
Mechanical diaphragm fuel pump for Yamaha, Suzuki, Nissan and Tohatsu two-stroke outboards from 25 HP to 85 HP, weighing 220 g and packed at 9 x 10 x 15 cm. It replaces Yamaha 692-24410, Suzuki 15100-94311 and Tohatsu 356-04000-1M, and covers the Mallory 9-35300, 35300 and 9-35305, 35305, plus the Sierra 18-7334 references. Shipped from our Germany local warehouse.
This is the pump that feeds the carburettors on the older two-stroke range. It is driven by crankcase pressure through a pulse line rather than by an electric motor, and when the diaphragms harden the motor leans out at high load before it stops altogether.
The same body carries nine Yamaha numbers (692-24410-00 and -01, 663-24410-00, 6A0-24410-00 through -05), six Suzuki numbers (15100-94300 through 15100-94312) and the Nissan Tohatsu 356-04000-1M. One pump, one shelf position, a whole generation of two-strokes.

Pump, Pulse Line or Primer Bulb
| Symptom | Test | Likely Cause |
|---|---|---|
| Will not hold pressure at the bulb | Pump the bulb firm and watch it | Bulb or line, not the pump |
| Bulb stays firm, motor leans out at speed | Check flow at the pump outlet | Diaphragm hardened, fit this pump |
| Fuel weeping from the pump body | Look for a damp diaphragm cover | Diaphragm split, pump needs replacing |
| Motor dies at idle after a run | Inspect the pulse line for cracks | Cracked pulse line leaks air |
| Strong smell of fuel in the cowl | Check the gasket and the two bolts | Gasket weep, refit dry |
Fitting Notes
| Step | Action |

| 3 | Check the pulse line and the primer bulb while the pump is off |
| 4 | Inspect the fuel filter for water and debris |
| 5 | Fit the new gasket dry, no sealant |
| 6 | Tighten the two bolts evenly, the body is plastic |
| 7 | Prime the bulb until firm and check every joint for weeps |
| 8 | Run the motor and check again after it cools down |
