Product Overview
Universal fuel line assembly for outboard motors, supplied as a 2.2 m (86.6 in) run of 8 mm (5/16 in) hose with an in-line primer bulb. It suits any outboard from 4 HP to 200 HP and ships without the tank or engine connector, so you reuse the fittings already on your boat. The hose is built from low-permeation, ethanol-compatible material, which is what stops the fuel from going stale and the bulb from hardening — the two reasons an older line starts losing prime and needs pumping by hand every cold start.

Before You Buy
- Supplied without the tank or engine connector — check your existing fittings are reusable before ordering
- Confirmed 8 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter; measure your old hose if you are unsure
- Fit the primer bulb with the arrow pointing towards the engine, otherwise it will not pump
- Secure both ends with the supplied stainless clamps and check for leaks under pressure before launch
- Replace the line if the bulb has gone hard or the hose has flattened — both restrict flow at high RPM
