Product Overview
Fuel pressure regulator kit for Mercury MerCruiser sterndrive and inboard engines running the ECM 555 control system, supplied as 1 x regulator. It replaces 861126A1 and Mallory 9-33206. Fitment covers 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.2L, 7.4L and 8.1L engines. The regulator holds fuel rail pressure at the value the ECM expects; when the diaphragm weakens the engine runs rich, floods at idle, smells of fuel or sets a long-term trim fault. Fit a new regulator when pressure drops off at the rail or fuel is found in the vacuum reference line.
