Flexible impeller kit with two gaskets and one O-ring for Volvo Penta D1-13, D1-20, D1-30, D2-40 and MD22 engines, Jabsco 673 pumps, Johnson 09-1026B pumps, MerCruiser, Kohler, Westerbeke and Lombardini, 6 blades, 51 mm diameter, 22 mm wide, pin drive, replacing 09-1026B and 673-0003.
This is the 51 mm pin drive impeller used on the small raw water pumps across the Volvo Penta D1 and D2 range and on the Johnson and Jabsco pump bodies. The pack includes two gaskets and an O-ring, which covers both the cover joint and the pump body joint on the Jabsco housing.
Pin drive rather than key or spline, so the pin in the shaft takes the drive. Check the pin and the slot in the old impeller hub before ordering, and check the pump cover for wear, because a scored cover will bypass water no matter how good the new impeller is.

- Check the number on the old impeller, 09-1026B and 673-0003 are the same body
- Check the drive pin and the slot in the hub, a worn pin will not turn a new impeller
- Check the shaft diameter, this is the 12.7 mm pin drive body
- Check the pump cover and the cam for deep scoring before refitting
- Fit with glycerine or soap only, never grease or oil on neoprene
- Fit both gaskets, cover joint and body joint, and fold the blades with rotation
- Prime the pump and confirm flow before running the engine on load

Bought for Volvo Penta MD2030. Side by side with the Volvo impeller they are exactly the same, the only difference is that the inside shaft locking stud is threaded on one and not the other. Seals look the same as well. There is no lubricant in the package.
