Product Overview
Red California ultra low emission three-star decal, a compliance part for outboard and PWC cowlings. It is supplied as 1 x sticker measuring 9.1 x 6.1 cm (3.58 x 2.4 in) and is the red version of this label, which is the one most often found on older Mercury and Mariner cowlings. The three-star rating is the California Air Resources Board tier that superseded the one and two star decals. Replace a faded, peeled or missing decal before the season starts, since it is part of the emissions compliance record for the engine.
