Carburetor assembly for Tohatsu and Nissan 2.5 HP and 3.5 HP two stroke outboards, 1 x carburetor per pack, 242 g / 8.5 oz aluminium alloy body, replacing 3F0-03100-0, 3F0-03100-1, 3F0-03100-2, 3F0-03100-3, 3F0-03100-4 and 3D5-03100.
These little 2.5 and 3.5 HP singles sit on tenders, inflatables and yacht davits, and the carburetor is the part that fails first when fuel sits in the bowl over winter. The needle seats gum up, the idle circuit blocks and the motor will only run on choke.
This is a complete bolt on assembly, not a rebuild kit, so the body, jets, needle and float all come together already set. The 3F0-03100 suffixes are revisions of the same casting, which is why one part number covers the whole run.

Before You Buy
- Check the number on the old carburetor body, the 3F0 and 3D5 ranges are both covered here
- Check the model and year on the transom plate, this is the 2.5 HP and 3.5 HP single only
- Check the fuel line, primer bulb and tank pickup before blaming the carburetor
- Drain the old fuel, these motors are sensitive to stale mix and ethanol blend
- Fit with a new gasket at the manifold and set the mixture screw to the manual base setting
- Run on muffs, set the idle with the motor in gear and in the water
