Product Overview
Carburetor assembly, the complete bolt on replacement part for Tohatsu and Nissan two stroke outboards at 9.9 HP, 15 HP and 18 HP. It replaces 3G2-03100-1, 3G2-03100-2, 3G2-03100-3 and 3G2-03100-4, and 1 x carburetor is supplied.
The four suffixes are revisions of the same body, so any of them can be replaced with this one. The carburetor is jetted for the 9.9, 15 and 18 HP versions of the same block, which is why one part covers all three ratings.
It fits the M9.9D2, M15D2 and M18E2 Tohatsu models and the NS9.9D2, NS15D2 and NS18E2 Nissan models. Motors built before 1996 use a different carburetor, so check the number on your old unit before ordering.

Before You Buy
- Check the number on the old carburetor body, the four suffixes are revisions of the same part
- Check the year, motors built before 1996 use a different carburetor
- Check the fuel lines and the primer bulb for cracks before blaming the carburetor
- Drain the old fuel and check the tank pickup and inline filter while the carburetor is off
- Fit new gaskets at the manifold and set the mixture screws to the manual base setting
- Run on muffs and set the idle in the water, then check for leaks at the fuel inlet
