Flexible impeller kit for Jabsco 1210-0003 pumps, Johnson 09-1027B pumps, Yanmar JH series diesels, Volvo Penta, Westerbeke and Fischer Panda generator sets, 57 mm diameter, 31.5 mm wide, 16 mm 12 spline shaft, 12 blades in nitrile rubber, supplied with an O-ring, an end cap and three gaskets, replacing 1210-0003, 09-1027B-9 and 18-3020.
This is the full service kit rather than the bare impeller. The end cap, the O-ring and the three gaskets are the parts that let a raw water pump leak after a service if they are reused, so the kit covers the whole job on the Johnson and Jabsco 1210 pump body.
Nitrile rather than neoprene, which is what these pumps were specified with and what holds up on engines run in warmer water. The 12 spline hub has to sit square on the shaft, and the end cap has to be seated flat or the pump will weep from the cover joint, not from the impeller.

Before You Buy
- Check the number on the old impeller, 1210-0003 and 09-1027B-9 are the same 57 mm body
- Check the spline on the shaft for wear, a rounded spline will strip the new hub
- Check the pump cover and cam plate for scoring before refitting
- Check the end cap seat, a damaged seat will weep even with a new cap
- Fit with glycerine or soap only, never grease or oil on the rubber
- Seat the spline fully, fold the blades with rotation, then fit the cap and gaskets
- Prime the pump and confirm flow before loading the engine
