Flexible impeller kit for the sea water pump on Fischer Panda, Mase, Westerbeke, Johnson and Cummins Onan marine generators. It fits the Fischer Panda J009-46840 pump, Mase 80161, Westerbeke 32620, Johnson 09-45589 and Cummins Onan 132-0311, and it ships as one kit in a 150 mm x 180 mm x 30 mm sleeve at 41 g.
The kit holds the impeller, the cover gasket and the O ring. There are no shaft seals and no screws in this version, which is what the Without Seals note on the part numbers means, and it is the reason this kit fits a wider spread of pumps than the fuller 23IK501 kit does.
On a generator the impeller is working harder than on a propulsion engine. The pump turns at a fixed speed all day, often in warm water, and a set of blades that has taken a set will still look fine while the flow drops away quietly. The first sign is usually a generator that trips on high temperature on a hot afternoon.
Fitment covers the Fischer Panda AGTPM 4, AGT 4000, 4000s, 4000i, 4800i, 4500 and 5000i, the PMS 4, PMS 4200, FCB 4500, SCB 4500, SCE 4000s and Neo range; the Mase IS 2.5, IS 4.0, IS 4.7 and IS 7.1; the Westerbeke BCG, BTG, WMD and BCDT sets in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz; the Johnson Pumps 10-35211 and F35B-9; and the Cummins Onan MDKUB, MDKWB, MAJB, MME and MCE with pump 132-0311.
