Product Overview
Transom bellows repair kit for Mercury MerCruiser R, MR, Alpha One and Alpha One SS sterndrives. It replaces kit 30-803097T1, plus Sierra 18-2601-1, GLM 21950 and Mallory 9-72902, and is the later upgraded version of the older 23BK210 kit. The kit supplies the U-joint bellows, exhaust bellows, shift cable bellows, a greasable gimbal bearing, 2 water intake hoses, the outdrive gasket set and the clamps and rings needed to refit the drive. Fitment covers Alpha One SS 1986-1989 from serial 0A545004 and R, MR and Alpha One 1983-1990 from serial 6225577. Replace the bellows whenever the drive is off for a gimbal bearing, alignment or water leak, since a split bellows lets water into the gimbal housing.
