Water pump impeller part for Yamaha 20 HP and 25 HP two and four-stroke outboards, 51.99 mm outside diameter, 13.65 mm inside diameter and 18.95 mm high, six blades in neoprene on a key drive, replacing Yamaha 6L2-44352-00 and 6L2-44352-01, plus Sierra 18-3065. Fits 20 HP models from 1996, 1997 and 2018-2022, and 25 HP models from 1988 to 2022. Dispatched from our Australia local warehouse.
Measure the old impeller before ordering. Several Yamaha 20 and 25 HP pump bodies look similar from the outside, and the difference is in the 51.99 mm outside diameter and the 18.95 mm height. A 50 mm rotor will spin in the housing without pumping, which reads as a weak tell-tale rather than an obvious failure.
Neoprene takes a set when the motor sits for months, so blades that stay bent the wrong way pump noticeably less even when nothing looks broken. Change the impeller as a service item, inspect the wear plate and cam while the housing is open, and fit the new one with glycerine or soap, never grease.
