Product Overview
Fuel filter 15412-92J01 for Suzuki four stroke outboards DF100 to DF200, the engine mounted filter that is also sold under 15412-92J00. It measures 150 mm x 100 mm x 40 mm (5.91 in x 3.94 in x 1.57 in) and weighs 46 g including packaging. One filter is supplied.
Suzuki used the same filter body across the DF100, DF115, DF140, DF150, DF175 and DF200 four strokes, so one number covers six horsepower ratings from 2013 to 2023. Both the 92J00 and 92J01 numbers are the same filter, the later suffix is simply the current release.
On these motors the filter is the last barrier before the high pressure fuel pump. Anything the element lets through reaches the pump and the injectors, which is why a cheap filter is never a saving.
If your engine is a DF100, DF115, DF140, DF150, DF175 or DF200, check the year against the table below. The 115 HP ran longest, from 2013 to 2023, so year alone will not always settle it and the model code on the engine does.
