Product Overview
Fuel pump for Yamaha four stroke outboards from 75 HP to 115 HP and Mercury Mariner four strokes from 75 HP to 115 HP, replacing Yamaha 68V-24410-00 and 6D8-24410-10-00 and Mercury 880890T1 and 880980A02. One pump is supplied.
This is the round head pump. The flat head version carries the same numbers on some listings and is interchangeable for fitment, so if the body on your motor looks different but the number matches, it is still the right part.
Yamaha built the F75 through F115 range and Mercury's 75 to 115 four strokes on the same block, which is why one pump carries two number series. The pump is mechanical, driven off the powerhead, and feeds the fuel rail through the high pressure system.

Before You Buy
- Check the number on the pump body, the round head and flat head versions both fit on the same numbers
- Check the model plate for F75A through F115A or the Mercury equivalent before ordering
- Check the fuel filter and the water separator first, a restricted supply masks as a weak pump
- Check the pump drive for wear where it meets the powerhead, a worn drive will not turn a new pump properly
- Fit new clips at both hose joints and prime with the bulb before starting
- Run under load and check the joints and the pump body for weeps, then recheck the rail pressure
