Product Overview
Bellows kit for the MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II transom assembly, supplied as 1 x U-joint bellows, 1 x exhaust bellows, 1 x shift cable bellows and 4 x stainless clamps. It replaces MerCruiser 816431A1, 18654A1, 74639A2, 74639, 31659, 32734, 32734A3 and 8M0124227, and matches Sierra 18-2753-2, 18-2750 and 18-2747. Fits the Alpha One Gen II sterndrive and transom assembly from 1991 onwards, and the Vazer drive. All three bellows age at the same rate on the same boat, so they are supplied together; doing one and leaving the others is how a transom service turns into a second strip-down the following season.
