Raw water pump wear kit for Volvo Penta petrol inboards from the AQ115 to the AQ170 and the MD and MB series diesels, and it replaces Volvo 21951370, 829895, 3580945 and 3593654. The kit carries the parts that wear together: the flexible impeller, the cam, the end cover, two lip seals measuring 12 x 24 x 7 mm and the stainless fixings.
Buying the parts one at a time is how a pump gets rebuilt twice. A new impeller on a worn cam and a scored cover will not pump at full rate, and reusing an old lip seal is how sea water gets into the engine oil a season later. This kit is the whole wear set for one pump.
