Lower unit drain screw gasket kit for Yamaha outboards, sterndrives and Waverunner gearcases from 2 HP to 300 HP, supplied as 20 red fibre washers. They replace Yamaha 90430-08020, 90430-08020-00, 90430-08003, 90430-08003-00, 90430-08801-00 and 604-45342-00-00, and cross to Sierra 18-4698. Dispatched from our Australia local warehouse.
These are crush washers, not rubber O-rings. They seal once, and the moment the drain or fill screw is cracked open the old one is spent. Refitting a used washer is the single most common reason a Yamaha gearcase leaves an oil film on the skeg a week after a service.
