Product Overview
Flexible impeller kit with 1 x impeller, 1 x gasket and 2 x O-rings, spline drive, 12 blade, 57 mm diameter, 31.5 mm wide on a 15.8 mm shaft with a brass insert. It serves Jabsco 1210-0001, 3085-0001, Yanmar 129470-42530, 129470-42531, 129470-42532, 127610-42270, Volvo Penta 860203, 875811, 3862281 and Perkins 0460038.
This is the pump that sits on the front of the engine on most of the small diesels and on the Jabsco clamp mount pumps used across older petrol boats. The spline drive gives a positive grip on the shaft and the brass insert stops the hub from spinning out once the rubber starts to go.
One impeller covers an unusually wide list of numbers because Jabsco sold the same pump under many brands. If your pump body is stamped with any of the numbers below, this kit is the one to fit.

- Check the number on the pump body against the list above, the 57 mm and 65 mm pumps are different kits
- Check the old impeller comes out whole, a lost blade will block the heat exchanger
- Check the cam and wear plate for scoring while the cover is off
- Check the shaft splines for wear, a brass hub will slip on a worn spline
- Grease the housing and fold the blades in the direction of rotation as the impeller goes in
- Run the engine with the seacock open and check flow and the cover joint before the first trip
