Water Pump Impeller Kit 47-89981 for Mercury 4 4.5 6 7.5 9.8 HP Outboard 18-3039
Product Overview
Water pump impeller kit for Mercury and Mariner 2-stroke outboards from 4 to 9.8 HP, with a 31.61 mm (1.24 in) outside diameter, 11.60 mm (0.46 in) hub diameter, 14.20 mm (0.56 in) height and 6 blades. It replaces 47-89981, 47-65957 and 47-39074, plus Sierra 18-3039, GLM 89810 and Mallory 9-45305 / 9-45305-10. The impeller fits 4, 4.5, 6, 7.5 and 9.8 HP (110) models by serial number range, which is the only reliable way to pick the right pump part on these small blocks. A worn impeller shows up as a weak tell-tale, overheating at low speed, or cracked and set blades when the housing is opened.
