Neoprene water pump impeller for Honda outboards from 35 HP to 60 HP, a direct replacement for 19210-ZV5-003 and crossing to Sierra 18-3248. It is a 6 blade key drive impeller of 54.86 mm outer diameter, 17.04 mm bore and 19.95 mm depth.
The bore is the number to check. Several Honda impellers share the same 54.86 mm outside and the same six blades, but only this one has the 17.04 mm hub with the key slot, so a plain rubber hub will spin on the shaft the first time the pump loads up.
Fitment runs across the BF35AM, the BF40A and BF40D, the BF45AM, the BF50A and BF50D and the BF60A and BFP60A. Those are the four stroke three and four cylinder motors where the pump sits in the lower unit above the gearcase.

Before You Buy
- Check the hub bore is 17.04 mm with a key slot, not the plain hub impeller sold for the same motors
- Check the model plate on the transom bracket against the list above rather than going by the cowling
- Check the pump housing liner and the wear plate for grooves before fitting a new impeller
- Check the drive key and the shaft slot, a worn slot will shear the new key
- Grease the housing bore and fold the vanes in the direction of rotation as the impeller goes on
- Check the telltale stream at idle after the first start, and again after the first hour on the water
