Product Overview
Water pump impeller service kit for Suzuki DF8A, DF9.9A, DF9.9B, DF15A and DF20A four stroke outboards, the five piece set with a six blade neoprene impeller 39.36 mm across, the stainless plate, two gaskets and the drive key. It replaces 17400-99J01 and 17400-99J00, and it ships in a 15 x 10 x 3 cm box.
It fits the small four stroke Suzuki motors from 8 HP to 20 HP, the DF8A and DF9.9A from 2010 and the DF9.9B, DF15A and DF20A from 2013. These are the motors that run tenders, ribs and small fishing boats, often in salt water and often for long hours at low speed.
The impeller is the part that decides whether the motor lives. Six blades, 21.95 mm tall, a 13.03 mm shaft bore and a plastic hub in neoprene: run it dry for a minute and the tips burn, and a motor that was cooling perfectly will overheat on the next trip out.
