Water pump impeller kit for Johnson and Evinrude 20 HP to 35 HP two-stroke outboards, supplied as 1 x impeller with key. It replaces Johnson Evinrude 395289 and 395265, plus Sierra 18-3401, and covers the 20, 25, 28, 30 and 35 HP models. A worn impeller shows up as a weak telltale, overheating at idle, or cracked and set blades when the housing comes off.
