Product Overview
Water pump impeller kit for the smallest Yamaha outboards, the 2.5 HP four stroke and the 3 HP two stroke. It replaces Yamaha 6L5-44352-00 and crosses to Sierra 18-8911, and the pack includes two drive pins, 93604-18080, because these little pumps use pins rather than a key.
The impeller is 36 mm across, 14.5 mm high with a 10 mm hub and 6 blades, moulded in hardened nylon with a neoprene body. That combination is what gives it the stiffness to shift water at the low shaft speeds these motors run at trolling.
It covers the four stroke F2.5LM, F2.5MS and F2.5SM from 2003 to 2022 and the two stroke 3L, 3ML, 3MS and 3S from 1988 to 2002. Both families share the same pump body, so one kit covers the whole small Yamaha range of the last thirty years.
