Product Overview
Water pump impeller kit for Suzuki DT75 and DT85 outboards, the 75 HP and 85 HP two-stroke models, supplied as one impeller, one wear plate, one gasket and one drive key. It replaces 17400-95351, 17400-95350, 17400-95550, 95550 and Sierra 18-3244. The kit is the complete lower pump rebuild: the stainless plate goes under the impeller, the paper gasket seals the housing to the gearcase, and the key locks the impeller to the shaft, so nothing has to be reused from the old pump. A worn Suzuki pump shows as a weak tell-tale at idle, temperature creep on plane, or rubber dust in the housing when the unit is opened.

- Check the housing liner for grooves and the plate for scoring
- Fit the new gasket and plate together with the impeller, do not reuse the old ones
- Grease the liner and turn the shaft by hand to seat the blades
