Product Overview
Flexible water pump impeller kit with drive key for Mercury, Honda, Chrysler, Force and US Marine outboards, replacing Mercury 47-43026T2 and Honda 19210-ZW1-003, and crossing to Sierra 18-3056-10. It is supplied as 1 x impeller part and 1 x key.
The impeller measures 88.4 mm outside diameter, 22.4 mm at the shaft and 32.5 mm high, with 6 neoprene blades on a key drive and a plastic hub. The 88.4 mm diameter is the large V6 pump body, which is what separates this kit from the small four cylinder impellers in the same catalogue.
One pump covers an unusually wide range: the Mercury 40 HP four stroke up to the 250 HP V6, the Honda BF75 and BF90 four strokes, and the MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II sterndrive. Mercury and Honda shared the same pump body on those engines, so a single impeller number sits behind both brands.

Before You Buy
- Check the old impeller measures 88.4 mm outside and 32.5 mm high, the small four cylinder pump is 74 mm
- Check the serial number against the table, Mercury changed the 40 to 125 HP pump partway through production
- Check the drive key and keyway, a worn keyway will spin a new key and leave the motor overheating
- Check the stainless pump liner for scoring, a grooved liner wears new blades out in a season
- Lubricate the impeller with glycerine and turn the shaft by hand to set the blade direction
- Check the telltale at idle and again at planing speed on the first run
