Water pump impeller repair kit 47-85089T7 for Mercury 20HP and 25HP outboards, including the 25XD, 25 Sea Pro and the three cylinder 25. It fits the serial ranges listed below, comes in a 150 x 100 x 40 mm box at 149 g, and replaces 47-85089T7 and 47-85089Q4, with Sierra 18-3215 as the aftermarket equivalent.
The kit carries the impeller, the two gear housing gaskets, the washer gasket and the O ring, which is everything that comes off when the pump housing is lifted.
Fit the whole kit rather than the impeller alone. The gaskets under the pump plate compress and tear on removal, and a kit that leaks at the plate will pull air through the pump even with a new impeller in place.
