Product Overview
Water pump impeller with key for Mercury, Mariner, Johnson, Evinrude, Nissan and Tohatsu 2HP to 3.3HP outboards. The impeller is 43 mm across, 14.3 mm tall with a 12 mm shaft bore and 6 blades, the pack comes in a 150 x 180 x 30 mm box at 19 g, and it replaces 47-95289-2, 114812 and 309-65021-1.
The kit is the impeller plus the stainless drive pin, which is the pair you actually need. The old pin is usually worn or lost, and an impeller fitted without a sound pin will spin on the shaft and stop pumping.
On these small motors the pump lives under the lower unit and comes off in minutes. Change the impeller when the stream weakens or after two seasons in salt water, whichever comes first.
