Water Pump Impeller Kit 06192-ZW1-000 for Honda BF75 BF90 BF115 BF130 Outboard Sierra 18-3283 — Germany Local Warehouse
Product Overview
Water pump impeller kit, a complete cooling system part for the Honda BF75, BF90, BF115 and BF130 four-stroke outboards, supplied as 4 components. The impeller measures 87.42 mm outside diameter, 23.36 mm at the hub and 31 mm deep, with 6 blades. It replaces Honda 06192-ZW1-000 and crosses to Sierra 18-3283, and contains the impeller 19210-ZW1-B02, B03 or B04 together with the gasket, the drive key and the O-ring. Dispatched from our Germany local warehouse.
The four measurements are what identify this pump. The 40, 50 and 60 HP Honda engines use a smaller impeller that will not fit this housing, even though the kit looks the same in a photograph, so check the diameter before ordering.
On a four-stroke the pump also feeds the thermostat housing and the exhaust manifold, which means a tired impeller shows up as a hot idle and a weak telltale long before the engine overheats. The key and the gasket are in the kit for a reason: reused, they are the usual cause of a pump that will not prime after a rebuild.

Inland Water, Winter Lay Up and the Four-Stroke Pump
| What the Owner Notices | Why It Happens | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Boat ashore from November to April | Blades take a set on the housing | Fit the kit before the first launch |
| River silt in the cooling passages | Abrasive water wears the blade tips | Flush the motor after every trip |
| Hot idle on a long no-wake stretch | The pump feeds the manifold at low speed | Check the telltale, then the impeller |
| Weak telltale after the winter | Impeller set, or a blocked inlet | Clear the inlet, then renew the kit |
| Salt or brackish water in the Baltic | The housing and plate score | Inspect the housing when the kit is fitted |
| Water in the gear oil | Pump seals and gasket tired | Renew the gasket and O-ring from the kit |
Fitting Notes
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Check the frame serial on the 75 and 90 HP engines, the DK0 and DK2 models above that serial use a different pump |
| 2 | Measure the old impeller against 87.42 mm outside diameter and 31 mm depth before fitting |
| 3 | Inspect the housing and wear plate for scoring, a grooved housing wears a new impeller quickly |
| 4 | Drain the gearcase and note the blade direction as the housing comes off |
| 5 | Lubricate the impeller with glycerine and turn the driveshaft clockwise as the housing goes down |
| 6 | Renew the gasket and O-ring from the kit, a reused gasket is the usual cause of a pump that will not prime |
| 7 | Torque the housing bolts evenly, an uneven housing will not hold pressure |
| 8 | Run the engine on muffs and confirm a strong telltale before the boat goes in the water |
