Product Overview
Water temperature sending unit for Mercury MerCruiser MCM and MIE inboard engines, supplied as 1 x sender with a 3/8" (9.5 mm) -18 NPT thread and a 10-32 stud terminal. It replaces Mercury 22-811091, 36525, 806490, 806490T, 97257, 97257A1 and 3853787, and drives the dash temperature gauge. A failed sender reads cold on a warm engine, jumps between readings, or pegs at full scale — which on a raw-water cooled inboard is the first sign of a blocked intake or a tired impeller.
